Sample Itinerary 1: Riding lesson/Trek mix
Day 1 – Arrive at your accommodation in the morning. In the afternoon you will take a riding/assessment lesson in the arena.
Day 2 – Walk/drive to the riding centre for a 1 hour riding lesson. After lunch (optional) return to the riding centre for a 1 hour trek to explore the area.
Day 3 – Enjoy a 3 hour trek or 2.5 hour tapas trail
Day 4 – Your last day. Leave your accommodation (transfers available)
Sample Itinerary 2: Rider (all levels)
Day 1 – Arrive at your accommodation. In the afternoon walk to the riding centre for a riding lesson in the arena/assessment lesson. We will then make a riding plan for your progression throughout your stay and help you get closer to any riding goals you may have.
Day 2 – In the morning take a 1 hour riding lesson in the arena. Afterwards return to your accommodation. Later in the afternoon you will have another riding lesson.
Day 3 – Take a lesson in the arena in the morning. Return to your accommodation. Later in the afternoon you will have another riding lesson.
Day 4 – Walk or take a shuttle to the riding centre in the morning for your final riding lesson.
Sample Itinerary 3: Novice Trekker
Day 1- Arrive at your accommodation & settle in. In the afternoon you will take an introduction to trekking workshop where we will prepare you for trekking. We will teach you the skills needed while out on a trek (1 hour)
Day 2 – Trek out in the mountains for 2 hours in the morning.
Day 3 – In the afternoon or evening (in summer) You will go out on a 2.5 hour ride in the mountains stopping for drinks & traditional tapas at a local bar. Alternatively take a 3 hour trek.
Day 4 – Last day. Leave your accommodation and travel on to the airport (transfers available).
Sample Itinerary 4 – Mountain Explorer
Day 1 – Arrive at your accommodation. In the afternoon enjoy a 1 hour trek where you will be introduced to the area.
Day 2 – You will take a 2 hour trek in the morning up to a mountain view point with stunning 360 degree views and opportunities to canter (experienced riders)
Day 3 – Walk/take a shuttle to the riding centre for a 3 hour trek. Various routes available suitable for all abilities.
Day 4 – Leave your accomadation (transfers available)
Sample itinerary 5 – Family
Day 1 – Arrive at you accommodation. Walk or take a shuttle to the riding centre where we will introduce you to your ponies. You will spend some time getting to know them, you will groom them, feed them some treats and have a riding lesson (1 hour)
Day 2 – In the morning you will have a 2 hour session at the riding centre. You will learn how to bring your ponies in from the paddock, groom your ponies, do some pony care jobs and learn how to take care of them in a class. You will also have a riding session in the arena with games. Return to your accommodation for lunch (optional). Later in the afternoon you will go on a mini trek in the forest park on ponies (30 mins).
Day 3 – In the morning you will have a 1 hour session at the riding centre. You will groom your ponies and have a family fun riding session with games. Return to your accommodation for lunch (optional). Later In the afternoon return to the riding centre for a butterfly (scavenger) hunt in the forest park next door on your ponies (30 minutes)
Day 4 – In the morning enjoy a 1 hour session at the riding centre. After the session you can say goodbye to the ponies. Return to your accommodation to check out and travel on to the airport (transfers available)
